Over a five-year span, RegistrationCheckin played a key role in the successful delivery of the Canadian Concussion Network’s Annual Symposium—an academic event dedicated to the advancement of concussion science, research, and collaboration. Hosted in a different Canadian city each year, the symposium brought together academic leaders, students, and healthcare professionals for two days of high-impact sessions and networking.

Provided complete registration and check-in solutions, including tiered ticketing, student passes, and automated confirmation workflows for 200+ attendees annually.
Designed and maintained the official event website, which featured interactive program schedules, venue and hotel booking details and partners listings.
Delivered pre-printed badges, with role-specific color coding and scannable QR codes to facilitate session agenda and attendee identification.
Coordinated AV technology support and speaker session transitions, ensuring a smooth flow for keynote presentations, panels, and workshops.

ATTENDEE EXPERIENCE

Each year, the CCN-RCC Symposium was praised by attendees for being efficient, organized, and engaging. With a wide mix of researchers, university students, and medical experts, the event experience needed to be both accessible and professional—something our team consistently delivered through technology and on-site support.

Check-in efficiency was enhanced by allowing attendees to collect their pre-printed name badges at the registration desk.
