PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Over a five-year span, RegistrationCheckin played a key role in the successful delivery of the Canadian Concussion Network’s Annual Symposium—an academic event dedicated to the advancement of concussion science, research, and collaboration. Hosted in a different Canadian city each year, the symposium brought together academic leaders, students, and healthcare professionals for two days of high-impact sessions and networking.

ATTENDEE EXPERIENCE
Each year, the CCN-RCC Symposium was praised by attendees for being efficient, organized, and engaging. With a wide mix of researchers, university students, and medical experts, the event experience needed to be both accessible and professional—something our team consistently delivered through technology and on-site support.
SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES
RegistrationCheckin provided a tailored combination of registration infrastructure, event technology, and on-the-ground expertise. Our approach was adaptable, scalable, and deeply aligned with the goals of an academic research event that needed consistency across years and locations.

CONCLUSION
Over five successful years, RegistrationCheckin supported the Canadian Concussion Network’s Symposium in becoming one of Canada’s most respected academic events in the field of brain injury research. By combining modern event technology with human-centered service, we ensured the event experience remained seamless, professional, and engaging across every touchpoint.
